About Dr. Tommy Spotts

Dr. Tommy Spotts currently serves as Pastor of Crossroads Church in Florence, S.C. and on the faculty of several universities where he teaches in the business, management, and leadership areas. He has been in ministry leadership since 1988 and has taught on the college level since 2001. He has two incredible children, Anna and Greer, and a wonderful wife, Lari. Tommy has a passion for leadership and helping people to live well through mastering relationships. He holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree and Master of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also holds a Master of Education Degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Executive Leadership Degree from Liberty University.
